“This review is for Standard Plumbing, but it is specifically for Leanne LaBerg. Recently I was in need of 2 Delta Valve Cartridges for a customer’s leaking bathtub spout. I ordered them from Delta, but they sent the wrong ones. I went to Standard Plumbing and Leanne was helping try to locate the correct valves. We literally spent HOURS trying to find the correct valves. I was scouring the internet, and Leanna was looking into her sources. Most people would have given up, threw their hands in the air and said "I give up, I cannot find the correct valves." “Six years ago I went into Grover's and replaced my hot water heater. The drain plug broke off and caused all sorts of problems.

Fast forward, and the "new" hot water heater is now dead. It was rated for six years and it was to be expected. The man at Grover's asked us what was going on with the one we were replacing, and upon describing it he identified and told us how to fix the problem. Now my six year rated unit will last, hopefully at least a few more years.

Any other place like Lowe's, or Home Depot would have just sold me a new unit. But that is exactly why, when my hot water heater does inevitably give up the ghost, I will return and purchase the next one from Grover's!“
