Michaela at Pillar 31 Salon exceeded every expectation I had. She was organized, professional, and experienced in what she was doing. I went in with probably the worst quarantine mullet anyone has ever scene, courtesy of my kitchen scissors, and left with an amazing style that makes me feel confident and beautiful. Throughout the time I had with her, the conversation was fun and never felt awkward. The entire experience felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I cannot recommend Michaela enough.

Oh my gosh why is there not a spot to put ten stars! Amber is amazing! Sweet and a little sassy... the work she does is AMAZING. I had mixed feelings about eyelash extensions when I first started thinking about it and she really eased my mind and made the whole process very comfortable and easy. She gave me a huge confidence boost because of how great she makes my eyelashes look. Now I don't think I'll ever go to anyone else. She truly is just a great person all around. I highly recommend her.
