Prices are excellent and the store carries a wide range of parts, including uncommon items for older homes. Customers praise the top-shelf service and will choose this store over others for home improvements and repairs. The staff is friendly and fair, identifying and telling customers how to fix problems, rather than just selling a new unit.
I am so impressed with Grovers. I am pretty ignorant with all things electric, but I came in with a couple of pictures and they made sure I left with exactly what I needed without treating me like I was dumb or should know better. I will make sure to stop by here instead of a box store in the future. You can't find this kind of service anymore.
Love your store, lots of friendly helpful sales people; however, the majority of your questions doesn't match to the quality service you have. Do you do your own so you can save money?
I think Grover’s has great and helpful staff but their prices are a bit high. The help is 10x superior to Home Depot or Lowe’s but I’m not sure I would have purchased the parts I did knowing the price :( otherwise, the help and encouragement was somewhat worth the extra money.
Price on Amazon was $240 with free shipping. Price at Grover’s was $370! I definitely don’t want to wait a day or two for the part :(
