No appointment neccesary. Using their app I ended up waiting less than five minutes after I arrived. Sherry did a great job on my hair and gave me advice on how to deal with the static I've been fighting with lately.

Before I begin, YES! I read all 6 reviews going back 6 years and yes they all show terrible results but 2 things, 1) Don't leave until it's resolved. Communication is all it takes. 2) My hair just can't be messed up. This passive aggressive attitude some people have is ridiculous. Kathy did a great job! Even though you can't mess up my hair, she was very professional. Hair cuts here are a good value. I live in Las Vegas so it maybe awhile before I return. Thanks Kathy!

Typically getting pretty quick they do good with the kids, which is what I was doing that day. My 18-month-old did not want anything to do with the buzzers, and the lady was very patient and did a great job under the circumstances for sure
