Rocky and Joseph did an amazing job trying overcome some issues were were having with our carpet install. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly and showed genuine concern for our needs. Great people.
Rocky, "owner" was very experienced/knowledgeable in the carpet industry and was easy to talk with and could answer all questions and share his experience and advice. Installer Joseph did a fantastic job as well and was very thorough. They definitely earned our future business. ????
Our dog had gotten scared during fireworks and ripped up our carpet and planted a giant hole in our living room. We called Rocky when he was recommended to us and set up a meeting. From the get go Rocky was knowledgeable and beyond polite. He showed us different samples and what would work best having animals and making sure it would look right with the rest of the house. He provided multiple finance options. We had Terry and Jared come in and did the install. Within two days they replaced our bad carpet and our dining area and kitchen hardwood with new LVP.
