I recently attended a breath work class with Olivia. It was one of the most powerful and positive experiences I’ve had. The space was calm and inviting. Olivia had everything we needed and provided instructions via text in the days leading up so that we knew what to expect and how to prepare. She gave us just the right about of background knowledge to set the tone before we got started. She let us know what could happen and what was typical so that we could be at ease through the class. She guided us through each round of breathe beautifully and allowed space and safety for anything that came up. At the end she brought us back slowly and gave time/space for processing. It was such a beautiful experience and I will absolutely be returning.
