Started multiple verbal and physical fights. Had to be stopped from attacking a worker. Todd is an unprofessional hothead who lashes out at his contractors. Do not work with this company. Terrible person.

Todd Ostrom told my subdivision he would do one thing for our common area, then tried to do another much cheaper option. He tried everything he could to get out of what he had promised. Eventually he had his lawyer come after me. Imagine his lawyers enjoyment when i played the audio from the recordings of Todd and i discussing things for him.Our subdivision got what was promised. But not because Todd does business with integrity.Remember people, get it in writing! Or at least record the call. ;-)And come after me Todd, go for it. And ill post a link to all of the phone calls. I am really shocked at the previous reviews. We had our home built by TKO in 2012, and now that we have been in our home 7 years have been so happy with our purchase. I was in the flooring industry for over 20 years and worked in retail and New Construction. And yes, most Builders are temperamental, but they've got a lot on their plate and communication is key. Be honest about what you want and also what you don't want, review their guidelines and restrictions and then communicate, Our experience with Todd at TKO was great did we always agree no, but when we came across issues we worked through them.
