I leave this on Trident ridge because they are responsible for this trash company being in charge of our investments and all who plan on buying at trident ridge should know ahead of time of the uselessness that is in charge of the property'sAbsolutely trash management company. We get them the same day they are fired from pristine springs...and they act like total leftovers. Communication is absolutely useless the guy is a sorry excuse for a manager. If you prefer sloppy careless work, look no further than Hayden Homes. They will be sure to make that dream a reality. Learned my lesson the hard way, don't make the same mistake!

Hayden Homes should be embarrassed for the work they did in trident ridge. The amount of homes with water and mold and a number of other issues that ourselves and neighbors are going through is truly unbelievable. Zero urgency and just overall pathetic communication, as a first time home buyer I am disappointed all the way around.Service: Home building
