Scheduled a deep clean to last approximately 4-5 hours. 2 girls showed up and cleaned for just about 3 hours. Nothing looks clean. There is dust on every area they marked dusted, grime/scum in my shower, toothpaste left in kids bathroom sink, fingerprints on areas they were specifically asked to prioritize, dirt/sand under entry rug, grease on top of microwave etc. Nothing looks cleaned really, especially for a professional cleaner at the prices they charged. I am so disappointed. I have guests coming in to town in the morning and an event at my home tomorrow evening and now I am spending the evening cleaning what I hired a professional cleaning company to do.

WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I have lived in 18 cities across the country and have had multiple sets of maids. My situation was unique bc the property I moved into claimed to be "move in ready" and it was the dirtiest property I had ever walked into as a new tenant. I was very unhappy and called Shine Bright Cleaning the day of my move-in (around 10:30am I believe) based on these reviews and was greeted by the lovely Andrea. She listened, was sincere and got me booked THE SAME DAY.. actually within the hour which was unbelievable so I could comfortably walk into my new place that afternoon.
