First time going to Polaris and it was a very pleasant, relaxing experience.
A great place to spend an hour of your day. Not only is the space very cozy and inviting, but Amanda is a gifted massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable, took the time to focus on my 'problem' areas, and answered my questions--explaining to me what she was doing and why. There is also a beautiful display of hand crafted jewelry and other handmade items up front. Would definitely go back.
