“The online appointment was quick and easy. The website was easy to navigate and understand. My appointment was a breeze…I was greeted as I walked in and didn’t have to wait long for my eye exam with a real orthodontist. They have the latest equipment and everyone is friendly. I was not rushed through at any point and the doc patiently answered all of my questions. After that, I picked out some glasses from their large selection and went home. About a week later, my glasses arrived and everything was perfect from beginning to end. I got two pairs. One for reading and one for driving. All for just under a hundred bucks!!!“

He fixed the problem and counseled me with suggestions that will help me in the future. The business is clean and staff is very friendly and professional. There was no excessive wait time and I was able to get in to see the doctor the day after I called.“

“So thankful for Dr. Lamers. Even though I’ve moved out of state, I returned for an eye exam because he’s such a great optometrist. I’ve had issues all my life with eye exams that were unpleasant. He takes his time, is very thorough and explains everything he’s doing. It reduces my anxiety and I know my new prescription will be perfect.“
“I went in here as I recently broke my glasses and I really can't see up close very well without them, and using talk to text gets old especially when people keep telling you all the crazy stuff I've accidentally said so I wanted an appointment right away, I also opted to have my eyes rechecked as I had the last pair for so long. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. However I had to wait much longer than I wanted to finally pick them up. I had requested the blue light blocking, I think that's what it's called, and anyway when I was first went to get them they didn't have that, so they took them back and told me it would be another couple days. And though I had to wait longer than I would have liked, everyone was very nice and they got me in very quickly so I was at least happy about that. And it was an honest mistake, maybe I didn't make it clear. But great customer service very nice people.“
