My furnace burnt up in the night. I called Reid’s and they were at my house in less than an hour. They brought over a new furnace to install right away. The guys worked late to get it going because they didn’t want to leave us without heat over night. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend Reid’s plumbing and heating.

My waterheater went out and they were awesome to deal with. They called me back and gave me a very fair quote to have it replaced. I didnt use them unfortunately due to an issue with my home owners insurance but I would recomend them based off of the customer service experience I had today.

The two guys who came were helpful and polite and answered all my questions about how to take care of the water heater and got me hot water. I was so excited to have hot water back inside my house. The new water heater works great and it takes longer than 10 minutes before it goes cold. :) They took away the old one and cleaned up afterwards. They did an amazing job.
