He was willing to meet my property manager out at the property within days of my call to evaluate our roof. He texted and called me to fully explain what his thoughts and recommendations were on the roof. He didn’t advocate for a new roof right away. Told us we might need one if the roof was 30-40 years old and its life was therefore nearly gone. I thought his evaluation was honest. While he hasn’t done work for us yet, I cannot communicate enough how pleased I have been with his responsiveness. That’s a huge plus when others won’t even bother to call me back. I’m sure I’ll be calling him in the future.“
