“Pend Oreille Mechanical Review This review is in two parts – the company and the product. Both are excellent. The company performed with competence and character. From the extensive on-site evaluation to the detailed bid, PO Mechanical was there. The bid was several pages with pictures and options. After the installation, our electrical wiring proved inadequate for the product's demands. PO Mechanical immediately brought in expert electricians to rewire our mechanical room at no expense to us. There were three visits to make adjustments and fix issues, again part of the bid. No expense to us. From the beginning, it was important to us to find a vendor big enough and local enough to provide timely support for years to come. PO Mechanical checked that box. We needed a new electric boiler for our radiant heating floor system. This is not a common product. Most local companies won’t touch it. PO Mechanical consulted experts to select the correct boiler for our system of seven zones. The unit went in just before winter and has operated perfectly through the coldest part of the season, 11/2024-3/2025. We are seeing an overall reduction in electric usage around 15% to 20% from our previous system for 23/24. The layout of the boiler, stainless steel manifold, copper piping, and other components is just short of wall art. It will be a featured asset when it comes time to sell this property. It certainly helped that we both graduated from the same high school in Montana.
