Recently I was looks at having to replace my water pump. I had determined that my controller was bad so I ordered a new one. When testing the pump windings it look like one was bad. We went through it over the phone and I was able to determine the pump was OK. Excellent service helping me work through the problem saving the expense to pull the pump Thanks.

Mark from Bob Pitts and Sons took my calls after hours then even though he was busy got a technician out the very next morning. Jay the technician that came out didn't stop until he diagnosed and fixed my problem. I am so grateful for their prompt service when they are so overwhelmed with people with similar issues. Cannot speak highly enough about this company. I researched other companys before hiring them. Having years of experience can save you time and expense in getting the right equipment for your water supply. In addition Mark J has so much expertise in getting the right pump and in recommending the right water treatment equipment to give you good quality drinking water. That is beyond the service you might expect from a well drilling company. They can help you with maintenance and any other problem you might have with your well and water treatment equipment. Definately recommend them to friends and family.
