Sheri and Juli worked above and beyond in the probate estate sale for our family member. The heirs were not able to physically make arrangements themselves for conditions for the sale to commence, and Sheri and Juli took care of all the details for the family as distances made things difficult to arrange. Professional in all areas with communication, and assisting with the legalities of probating an estate were priceless. Their expertise and knowledge brought a difficult situation to a favorable closing and saved the home from foreclosure for the heirs.
