I needed a specific product, which I found easily as I already know where to look for it. On my way inside to purchase, I was greeted by a yardman and asked if I needed help with anything, to which my response was, "no." Though we are acquainted personally, he did not waiver professionally and after a sprite of small talk, he carried on about his duties and I continued inside. The clerk at the counter couldn't find the product SKU in the computer so I was directed to another counter where this store's tenured vet directed another clerk to the correct information.
