Very happy with Strobel Custom Heating. They provided a quote with options for furnace and AC. Once we chose our option, within 10 days the furnace was ordered and installed. The team that came to install was very professional.
These guys were able to come quickly during a heatwave and solve our AC problems quickly. The techs were professional, friendly, and informative. They were able to get our AC back up and running in one trip despite our system being from 2004 and needing a new part. Will definitely be seeking them out in the future when we are considering an upgrade or any necessary repairs.
Fantastic service! My AC unit was not working properly so I called a ‘big’ local company come out give me an estimate for repair. They quoted me $2000-$4000 to repair or $5000 to replace unit! Called Strobel for a second opinion and they found the root of the problem was that my furnace motor was going out, not my AC unit. Saved me thousands of dollars!!! Thank you Bryce and Travis!
