We just bought a house site unseen until the walkthrough. The house smelled like dog horribly I was given Benson's number via our realtor. I called and made an appointment. Super responsive and seems knowledgeable about how to to take on the carpet. I will write another review to give an update on my service.

Our basement flooded in the spring with water that leaked in through a crack on the wall after the snow melted and ruined our newly laid lvp floors. Idaho Disaster Pros made sure to cut only the portions of the drywall that needed to be cut and removed the floor and baseboard and dried everything out. After it was all dry, they patched the wall and installed new floors, painted and made sure it was better than before, all in a timely manner. I can’t recommend them enough!
