Today is the coldest day of the year so far. -25 F. Of course the heater conked out. When I told them that there was a new baby in the house. They came within an hour. Could have been very different. Thank you. I have used RPH on several occasions. Always fairly priced and worked with my tenants schedules. RPH has tuned and fixed furnaces, installed a new hot water tank and have always been fairly priced. Great local business asset.Service: Heating system maintenance

We had an issue with our pressure tank and pressure switch and RPH were very responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They sent someone out within a couple of hours and the tech provided his cell phone and was willing to make time to get the issue resolved. RPH continue to be the most reliable and most responsive company that we have dealt with.

They installed a new ac unit for me and have been great to work with during and after the install. We have had a few issues and they are willing to come back and correct until it is working properly. I would recommend these guys
