Had them do a move-out clean. Quite a good clean and the cheapest option I could find for our 1400 sq ft townhome.My only gripe would be that the cleaner was late, causing me to miss a meeting at work. No one would answer the phone. After about 30 minutes, I received a response email apologizing and asking if it was okay if the cleaner arrived at 11am instead of our agreed 10am. After the cleaner arrived, a job well done. Price was well worth it.I spoke with the owner each time I communicated with them, and he was always kind and courteous. Overall, well done.

I’ve used Kapex for both a move out clean and regular weekly home cleaning. They have done an exceptional job each time and really focused on the details that I feel like often get forgotten. I will continue to use them in the future. Can’t recommend enough!

We had Kapex start cleaning our residential property today. I am very impressed with the quality of work and for a reasonable cost. I am looking forward to the regular cleaning schedules. I also really like how the company is fully insured, it gives me a piece of mind if something happens.
