So glad I used this place. My carpets look amazing! We bought our home last year while the carpets were really well taken care of, they are old and walked down. I did not have much hope for these carpets. We just looked at getting them cleaned until we can replace the carpet. After getting them cleaned the carpet is back to fluffy and its color again. I didn't not think I would even get close to the carpet having life in it again. The technician was really nice and professional and made sure I was happy with the job before packing up. He even asked me if there were any spots, I would like him to go back over. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the job he did. I am very happy with it.
