I was experiencing great difficulty obtaining approval for the medication I needed. I had been to another specialist and received nothing but a run around. Had my appt on a Friday and by Tuesday, with a great amount of leg work done by this office, I was able to pick up the prescription I needed... this provider and his staff are great.
