I can’t recommend Heidi enough! She gives a phenomenal massage with true deep tissue work. I’ve been going to her for a little over a year now, and every session is consistently amazing. I usually get the hot rocks, which take the massage to the next level, and I highly recommend booking the 90-minute session, it’s absolutely worth it.
Her space is also a huge plus. The massage room is warm, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The décor is always changing and so cute and fun, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. I thought I had already posted a review, and would be remiss if I did not as I just booked my second massage. I usually have a difficult time relaxing and its rare for me to doze off but I literally did 3 times during my 90 minute massage. I would drive yo Hayden or PF for this massage so dont let the fact that its a little out of the way deter you.
Heidi is so amazing, I came in after my last surgery and I had massive nerve pain that none of my Drs were able to fix. My neurosurgeon and orthopedic surgeon both told me that I may never have feeling again in my leg or foot. I’m a welder fabricator and it was starting to look like I may never be able to do what I love again. However after just a few back to back sessions I have 90% of the feeling back in my foot and leg. Heidi is so incredibly knowledgeable with how the muscles affect the rest of the body, she can feel exactly what needs to be worked.
