We have owned a duplex in CDA for about 15 years that has always needed a new roof. We finally had a good set of tenants on both sides with steady income coming in. It was time to replace the roof that was perilously old after a large windstorm blew off a patch of shingles. Our contractor put in a huge bid, hoping that our insurance company would simply write them a check. Didn't happen. I highly recommend Chris and Jim for North Idaho Exteriors for your roofing needs, they were awesome to work with!! We recently bought a home that desperately needed a new roof and mold remediation. The mold issue was a huge health concern for us since we have three very young children and I have asthma. It was urgent to get the roof done ASAP, since it had to be completed before they could start on the mold issue. I talked to several roofers in the area and did several bids.
