The owner Chris was very professional and easy to talk to. He really seemed to know what to look for and he took his time to answer all my questions. He was quick to respond when I booked the inspection and showed up on time (This was very important as the duplex had tenants residing in both sides). Lastly the report was clear and easy to to read. We will definitely be using him again for our next inspection.
