“Awesome company! I first saw their work trailer in the gas station. I was right in the middle of a diy floor job and things were going poorly. I was literally in the process of having to drive an hour to exchange a floor grinder I was renting because it broke down. I took a photo of their company trailer and kept going. Needless to say...I finished the grinding but was getting mixed messages about what product to seal my floor with. That's when I broke down and called. I spoke with Rick. He couldn't have been more helpful! He listened. and reassured me, recommended the right product for my application and then even sent me some floor wax when his crew was up in my area on another job! 5 stars!“

“We had Fairway Floors install our vinyl kitchen/dining room floor and had carpet installed in the living room, hallway,stairs and sewing room. We are incredibly happy with the result!
We had one crew come on the first day and they did all the vinyl. Super job, great guys! The next day was different guys to do the carpet. Again, great guys and they also did an awesome job!

“My experience from the initial inquiry call to the final billing for services rendered was Outstanding! The office staff were professional, efficient and timely in getting an estimator out to inspect the job site, measure and provide recommendations.

There was a bonus, because o e of the lead office staff, Miss Makayla arrived as well, with samples. A beautiful smile, friendly, dressed nicely/professionally and together, they made a great team. I was inspired to move the project along and that’s exactly what happened. I did have a number of custom requests and wanted further information about soundproofing.

Miss Makayla went the extra mile, while researching and answering all my questions in an exceptionally timely manner. She provided more details than necessary, and her customer service was 2nd to None!!

Makayla kept em u formed along the way, as did the scheduling staff, while 8 had to wait on some custom pieces.

The installer for the high quality vinyl flooring, Mr. Frank was an Expert who performed Perfect work, with an exceptional attention to detail.

Makayla & Frank made my experience most memorable in a positive way & I look forward to interacting with them on the next 2 and possibly 3 phases of my flooring installations!
