Wowzer! I'm just passing through town & needed a good massage; boy, did I get one! I connected with Racheal, and thought she was fabulous. She utilized several different techniques, in the right spots at the right time; including several techniques that I've never experienced before I liked & appreciated her work on me because it wasn't just your typical physical/muscle massage: I could feel her energy, and sometimes the simplest maneuvers elicited surprising, profound internal/spiritual effects. Both my body AND my spirit appreciated the time with her
I found the sound therapy pleasant and cleansing. I would like to be ready for that next time to explore further the Dream-time archetypes I sense throughout this type of therapy processes. Seems to be clarifying my own measures of receptivity to my energies and so it is good.
I have a bulging disc in my lower back since I injured it 17 years ago. It will go out and leave me in constant pain for weeks if I dont get any treatment. I always used a chiropractor before because it was 'the thing to do', and it took 3-4 sessions to feel well again. This time I made an appointment at Mind Body Soul Massage and Ill never bother with a chiropractor again. Results from one session here was like 3 at a chiropractor before and the advice on stretches that help actually work! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
