“Planter fasciitis isn’t just a funny name, it’s a real pain! I was diagnosed with it after finishing my first Ironman. I bought inserts and “better” shoes to no avail. I even got a Cortizone shot which helped for about eight years. I seam to have re-aggravated it, I guess, as my job scope changed (driving more and desk work).
