Bill and his team are the best. After 2 weeks of trying to solve my email issues with Outlook and my website host (and getting no where), Bill got me up and running. He was even able to save my emails!He also got me set up with a new cpu!

My computer was running so hot that it kept shutting down. I took it to best buy to get fixed and they want $750 just for the part to fix it because they said it was my mother board. They ended up sending it back broken because they couldn't get the part. PF computer replaced my fan assembly for $300 and fixed my computer. They were polite and honest and answered all of my questions. I finally found a good computer guy. Thanks guys for saving my computer

Bill and his team were quick to fix the broken jack in our laptop. I also mentioned a side concern about a slow laptop, and Bill did a quick diagnostic over the phone. Noticing it was about to die, he told me to backup all files while they were still accessible. All family pics and videos were saved before an inevitable crash! Super thankful for the friendly service!
