The best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. They listened to me. They took my concerns seriously and after 20 years of trying to figure out what's wrong with me I finally got answers.
They're all very friendly from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Kristen Paul! My husband and I love Dr. Paul and so glad that we found her at Northwest Family Medicine! The office is very accessible and the parking lot is clear from snow!.All in all it was a great visit!
I recently initiated routine care with Pete Brown and had a wonderful experience and look forward to having my health needs met in the future at NW Family Medicine. I was brought back a few minutes ahead of schedule (shocking, I know in a medical office), the assistant was attentive and friendly, and Pete Brown was thorough and competent and gained my trust as my primary care provider. I recommend him and this office for care.
