“I booked a one hour massage for my shoulders primarily. I was asked about problem areas so the massage could be tailored to my needs. The therapist suggested since we had a whole hour I could do a whole body which I was happy I took her advice since she showed me a lot of my tension in places I didn't even realize. The experience was very calm and relaxing, but I did get aggressive therapy in places where it was needed when I asked for it. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot of tension relieved. I suffered from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome during my pregnancies. Even after the birth of my 3rd child in 2023, the pain still persisted, especially when I slept. I was in so much pain, exhausted, felt helpless, and discouraged. I was convinced the pain would continue, not sure that massage would eliminate it entirely, but hoping to minimize it at least.
I started with 4 appointments with Tara. After the first 1.5 hour session, I felt a tremendous difference! I was able to sleep better, more restfully at night than I had in months!
It's been 7 months since I started massage with Tara. I've kept up a regular appointment schedule with her and my life reflects it!
