Great stylists / not so great customer service.
I had been going to Dani (owner) since before she opened this salon. Moved with her through 3 different salons. So when she called to cancel my appointment (the day of!) due to a recent surgery I was understanding. I tried to reschedule with her for 2 months, even said I would be with a different stylist if she was too busy. Well after 2.5 months of no return calls (I called 4 times to schedule), I have now gone to a different salon.

My 16 year old daughter has her hair colored by Savannah... followed to Post Falls from her previous location. Savannah is the best colorist!! Always up for a challenge... my kiddo adores her and the new salon is just lovely.
