Eric the tech, showed up on time, was very clear what he was going to do and got to work. He was thorough, engaging and professional. When he was finished he explained what he found (nothing) and that’s good and also gave us a tip about running the fan. We were throughly satisfied with Eric’s performance and professionalism. Also, I’d like to comment about Comfort. We’ve used them for HVAC and electrical services including ceiling fan installation. We’ve been totally satisfied with the service. We have used Comfort Heating and Cooling for quite a few years now, and we are always very satisfied with their service. Every person I have dealt with from their company has been so helpful and nice. Last summer our AC went out and they sent someone that same day to fix it, which gives them 5 stars in my book. Highly recommend them!
