Great stylists / not so great customer service.
I had been going to Dani (owner) since before she opened this salon. Moved with her through 3 different salons. So when she called to cancel my appointment (the day of!) due to a recent surgery I was understanding. I tried to reschedule with her for 2 months, even said I would be with a different stylist if she was too busy. Well after 2.5 months of no return calls (I called 4 times to schedule), I have now gone to a different salon.

I was looking for a massage therapist in Post Falls and came across Intuitive Hands Massage online. The ease of booking right from my phone was so convenient! I booked several appointments right away. I needed to correct an appointment, and called the office number. Tara, the owner, called me back, same day, and was able to fix my error right away.
She explained her therapeutic style of massage was more than relaxation (Swedish) massage, with a mix of deep tissue. This was exactly what I was looking for!
I suffered from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome during my pregnancies. Even after the birth of my 3rd child in 2023, the pain still persisted, especially when I slept. I was in so much pain, exhausted, felt helpless, and discouraged. I was convinced the pain would continue, not sure that massage would eliminate it entirely, but hoping to minimize it at least.
I started with 4 appointments with Tara. After the first 1.5 hour session, I felt a tremendous difference! I was able to sleep better, more restfully at night than I had in months!
It's been 7 months since I started massage with Tara. I've kept up a regular appointment schedule with her and my life reflects it!
I'm so thankful to have found a skilful massage therapist that truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. I've referred family and friends to her and they are so grateful for the difference they feel as well.

Overall, very good experience with this company. They completed a kitchen remodel for me. I've hired several different contractors over the years and finding quality help in North Idaho can be very challenging. This company is the real deal. They are honest and I feel that they genuinely care about the quality and outcome of the project. Relatively easy to communicate with. Very nice people.
I see Dr.Coats for narcolepsy, and he is very caring, kind, and listens to my input. I came from a different sleep dr and the difference is night and day. I see a lot of reviews here that suggest the office is hard to get ahold of. It is true that I get the voicemail each time I call, however, I almost always get a call back within 24 hours. I appreciate the hard work of all the staff at this practice!

Cheyanne is amazing. I had my lashline done by her! I am one of those girls who doesn't have time for a lot of maintainance! I have had them from other aestheticians to which they damaged my skin or even caused bleeding. However, I did not experience any discomfort or pain from Cassie. We had our cement driveway cracks repaired and expoxy coated. The team that Johnny uses were very professional and cleaned up daily until the job was finished. The expense was much less than having the driveway replaced.
My windows looked 100% better after Justin was done washing them. No streaks! ?
Makayla B was an absolute gem! She was so personable, calm, and such a great communicator. She went the extra mile to make sure we both picked multiple pictures to ensure we were on the same page. Her color choice was spot on, and the highlights she did are natural and well placed just as I hoped. Overall, she did a really lovely job on my hair, and styled it perfectly after the cut.
I’d love to come back again soon and would recommend her for anybody! (Bonus points for giving my friend a cut while she kept me company as well! I know that can’t be an every day thing if it’s super busy, but you were so accommodating Makayla!!) We both felt beautiful after we left.

Marti has been cutting my hair for years now. The service is great, and the haircuts are even better.
I have been to Barbara here twice now. She is super friendly, quick and efficient. She listens to what you want and is open to changes if you are not 100% happy. I recommend her to my daughter and she loved her haircut too.
Sarah Ann is always so friendly and professional.she has a great attitude and knowledge about products and hair care.

But I wanted to give a shout out to Lauren who does brows and lashes. I had powdered brows done by Lauren. And to say she was super kind and knowledgeable. The entire time she makes sure you’re comfortable and not in any discomfort. She conscious that it can be scary to do something new and genuinely wants you to be informed entire time. I highly recommend her for brows and just great company. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy w/ the service you’re receiving from her.

Tonae is a fantastic mens stylist! My boyfriend has been getting his hair cut by her for about a year now, he's very picky but she worked with him and now we're in and out in 20 minutes. I called Curt about a backed up shower drain and he asked me a few questions and determined it was a frozen drain, not a clogged drain. He told me how to solve this issue and it worked great. In this day and age, people are not that helpful.. they just want to make money. His customer service was exceptional and he took the time to talk to me for 5 minutes without being paid. If I need a plummer to come to my house in the future, I'm definitely calling Curt.
We've found our plumber for life! Larry Rowe from Glenrose Plumbing was simply amazing. He took the time to listen to our concerns, carefully thought through every detail, and provided us with reasonable, affordable options. What really stood out was how he treated the project as if it were his own home, offering practical advice and guiding us through the next steps. His professionalism and care were truly exceptional. The service was top-notch, and we won’t be calling another plumbing company again—Glenrose is it for us! Highly recommend!

My experience from the initial inquiry call to the final billing for services rendered was Outstanding! The office staff were professional, efficient and timely in getting an estimator out to inspect the job site, measure and provide recommendations.
There was a bonus, because o e of the lead office staff, Miss Makayla arrived as well, with samples. A beautiful smile, friendly, dressed nicely/professionally and together, they made a great team. I was inspired to move the project along and that’s exactly what happened. I did have a number of custom requests and wanted further information about soundproofing.
Miss Makayla went the extra mile, while researching and answering all my questions in an exceptionally timely manner. She provided more details than necessary, and her customer service was 2nd to None!!
Makayla kept em u formed along the way, as did the scheduling staff, while 8 had to wait on some custom pieces.
The installer for the high quality vinyl flooring, Mr. Frank was an Expert who performed Perfect work, with an exceptional attention to detail.

In the midst of construction we had needs for various sub-contractors and it would take many calls and following up to get anyone to respond much less show up but not Brad with Bugle. Responded quickly, showed up and gave a fair estimate. He stayed in touch through the process and the work got done in a timely manner. It was his integrity from day one to finish that gives Bugle my 5 star rating.
So far so good. Still awaiting permits and then start of construction this spring but best quote for the money and Craig has many years of experience. The permitting process is still iffy so will see how or if the project proceeds.

My Dentist is Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry. He’s a family man. He’s very personable and a exemplary professional. For example: when they finished taking the 360°
X-rays of my teeth, he explained to me that he noticed something in my throat. That it is something that should have it checked out, I agreed and he and asked for my Doctors info. He said to me “it’s better to be safe, then be sorry”. And shared the X-rays with my Doctor. He didn’t have to share, or say anything, but I glad he did. He took the time, It didn’t me cost anything, but I’m on Ozempic, and we’re keeping an eye on it. So far, no problem.
Work on my teeth was faultless. He did 4 fillings in two appointments. He’s first job seem to be my comfort, and I agreed with his assessment, again. And for the most part, I had very little discomfort. Once he was done and the numbing faded, it was amazing. My my mouth didn’t feel a difference. I know that job was done you see where the fillings were done. It was just amazing.
So, with my insurance, I had x-rays, cleanings, and teeth fillings and that didn’t cost me anything. On top of that you're dealing with people who care about you who seem to be concerned with your health. Not just your teeth, but your overall health that's incredible.
I’m not saying everything is free, is not. Fortunately for me, that's how things worked out with the type of fillings done, I was scheduled get some work done but decided not to at this time. And that would've cost me money. I was not ready for it yet.
I have to tell you that the people that are older like me on a fixed income are fortunate to find, folks like Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry and his Dental team— the people who care about you. I think they generally want you to be happy. I like being happy.

He and Jeanie, his attentive assistant, are the "A Team" for me. Today I had a replacement crown and cavity filled with affordable nitrous & had the most pleasant experience, pain-free, relaxed mixed with entertaining conversation. It is obvious the team at 7 Day Dental Smiles care about their patients. From Sara, Bailey and Iztel to assistants and Dentist Im very happy. Our 8 year old daughter is going into her 6th competitive cheer season and a chiropractor is the last thing we ever thought she would need. During a private lesson she was taking with a guest coach the coach had noticed that one leg was longer than the other and her hips may be off and suggested a chiropractor. Since day 1 when we entered this office we have been nothing short of completely satisfied with every visit. During the initial consultation the Dr. Was extremely detailed and explained every little detail, process, and observation. We try to get her in at least 1x a week depending on how she feels and performs and at every appointment they are very thorough explaining to our 8 year old exactly what they are doing, when they are going to perform the adjustment, and when it is completed. Our daughter LOVES going to this office and has never had a complaint. I cannot say enough about this office and the staff. We plan on trying to get the rest of the family into the office. Thank you

If you are looking for a chiropractor to aid you in some sort of pain you are experiencing Dr. Wright will get to the bottom of it. Dr Crawford has been able to help me tremendously. This Chiro is my Hero!!!!! After refusing to see another chiropractor after 24 years I was encouraged to go see Dr Vancho. Wow! What a difference he has made in my life through his therapy. I went in with unbelievable pain and walked out with NO pain. I waited a few days just to see when the agony would start BUT it never did... just a bit sore for a few days... then I felt like new!!! These ladies were a life saver! My pups heart medication ran out over the holiday weekend and they were able to see me and do a courtesy screening so they only charged me for the meds!! I’m so happy with my experience!!! My kitty needed a bath and shave. Liz did an amazing job. It was my cat first bath and haircut. 7 yrs old long haired calico chunky girl. My cat was purring immediately and I could tell she was happy. I highly recommend!!!!
The groomer cares so much about every animal that she takes in and is absolutely awesome with our puppers!
We love Cindy! We get my corgi shaved to keep him dry in the summer and cleaned up in the fall. Plus my elder dog Arlo just had his toenails clipped. Cindy is quick and efficient. She makes sure my pup Dudley doesn't have to wait in a kennel for long stretches around his appointment like his old groomer. We always get great results and very fair pricing. The shop is clean and quiet. Very personable and convenient.

I was looking for a massage therapist in Post Falls and came across Intuitive Hands Massage online. The ease of booking right from my phone was so convenient! I booked several appointments right away. I needed to correct an appointment, and called the office number. Tara, the owner, called me back, same day, and was able to fix my error right away.
She explained her therapeutic style of massage was more than relaxation (Swedish) massage, with a mix of deep tissue. This was exactly what I was looking for!
I suffered from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome during my pregnancies. Even after the birth of my 3rd child in 2023, the pain still persisted, especially when I slept. I was in so much pain, exhausted, felt helpless, and discouraged. I was convinced the pain would continue, not sure that massage would eliminate it entirely, but hoping to minimize it at least.
I started with 4 appointments with Tara. After the first 1.5 hour session, I felt a tremendous difference! I was able to sleep better, more restfully at night than I had in months!

I booked a one hour massage for my shoulders primarily. I was asked about problem areas so the massage could be tailored to my needs. The therapist suggested since we had a whole hour I could do a whole body which I was happy I took her advice since she showed me a lot of my tension in places I didn't even realize. The experience was very calm and relaxing, but I did get aggressive therapy in places where it was needed when I asked for it. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot of tension relieved. Will be returning - highly recommended.EDIT: I have returned twice and Diana always does a wonderful job. She definitely cares about client needs and comfort. I recently had a session where I gave nearly zero audible feedback because she does such a good job at finding and relaxing my tension points such that I didn't have to direct her.

Mark is attentive to all your pain areas .I've been going to Mark for six years now and he's helped me with a lot of my back pain, I've been in there when I was in severe pain, barely able to walk, and he knows how to alleviate some of your some if the pain that that comes periodically.
