This was a first-time visit to the clinic, since we recently moved here. Although our two cats, Alwyn & Freya, typically do not like visits to the vet, the staff were so considerate of their nervousness. Dr. Hollar took her time with calmly examining each cat. We left with all our questions & concerns answered. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We will definitely be returning when the need arises!
My Golden was diagnosed with a malignant form of melanoma after a small growth on her paw caught the attention of the vet. Dr. Ponsness took almost 20 minutes to answer my questions, explain next steps, arrange a proper treatment plan (I can’t afford chemo or anything like that) that was best for both my dog and my budget. Her ability to speak both as a medical authority and as a fellow dog lover was incredibly helpful. Every pet I ever own will be treated by Pend Oreille Veterinary Service. They are truly a special group of people.
Dr. Smart is the kindest, compassionate person. She truly loves animals and she has a special touch that calms and radiates love. Our German Shepherd loves her. Thank you Dr. Smart for being there for us.❤️?
