I like the bugnapper but I don’t like when they come and spray our tree without notification they just show up I don’t like that thank you, If we want the service we will call you!

I can’t express how much I appreciate The Bugnappers. Shantell and all of the employees go above and beyond to help me with any property I’m needing help with here at ANR Properties. They are prompt and professional!

When I took on this business as my pest control, I did not have control over when they came and performed services. They would show up and spray even when I expressed clearly that I did not want their services, and then expected me to pay after again, asking Very Clearly, not to come. Even after my account was settled, they called me a year and a half later and demanded more payment.Beware of taking them on. You won’t have any control of how it goes.Service: Bug & insect extermination
