I went looking for a new car today because my Jeep was hit and is being totaled out. I parked in the lot and Garrett Putt was already walking up to my car. Usually I'm not a huge fan of car salesman approaching me so quickly, but Garrett was wildly respectful. He noticed that my foot is wrapped up, and I was limping from a recent procedure. He quickly made note of what I was looking for and found the most direct path to the vehicles that fit what I wanted so I wasn't limping around the lot. He let me sit in anything I wanted, even though I didn't want to try test driving while my foot is healing. There were a few options I wanted to think about, but I've had my heart set on a Kona since test driving one on another lot. He took my phone number and with in a hour of leaving the dealership he texted me a list of options that have similar features to what I liked in the Kona. He even told me he would keep his eye out for one in my price range. When I explained that I needed a vehicle with a warranty that extended to Hawaii he took me seriously, my husband is currently stationed there, so what ever vehicle I purchase needs a warranty that extends there. He mentioned he was on terminal leave from the military, and had only been there a few weeks. For being new to the dealership he was well informed, realistic and not pushy. If I decide to purchase from this dealership it will only be through him.

Your Tech in the service department was awesome I can't remember what he's name is butt whoever helped me they were great both of them and I just appreciate you guys so much for looking out for me in my Hyundai Sonata so thank you thank you
