“I try to avoid going into Urgent Care clinics whenever I'm sick; however, I had to go in due to my symptoms not getting better after about a week. My overall visit was about 15 minutes and I had no issues while I was there. The staff and physician that saw me were extremely professional and empathic. I highly recommend this facility for those needing a look over. Fair warning, it is an Urgent Care, so waiting times could obviously vary! Most efficient facilities have wait times up to an hour, so 15 minutes is a diamond in the rough here in Pocatello.“
