Thank you to Amanda the internet girl, she called me after I was interested in viewing trade-ins online over the weekend. She let me know first thing that they had a trade in in my price range and asked if I could come down to the lot. She mentioned that I was the first person they were going to show the vehicle too. Jeannette, the service manager, was awesome!!! We were from out of town and she got us in right away to replace the rear differential bearings on my 3500 truck. I’m not one to go to the dealer for breakdowns but this time I’m glad I did. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Pocatello Service Center. I quickly got an appointment time when I called the Service Center, and I was quickly checked-in upon arrival by the very professional Service Advisor. The waiting area was pleasant with complimentary coffee. I have done all my periodic services and maintenance on my 2017 Jeep and have been very pleased with the results. I will continue to have my services done here because the personnel are very caring, professional and knowledgeable.
