Took my dog there because he had an infection by his privates. Alta wouldn't even see him without $200 to get through their doors. Took dog to another vet in town that took my dog in immediately got the burrowed grass seed out that caused the infection and he made a great recovery. other vet charged me $250 TOTAL. would have been close to $500 through Alta. With my experience it seemed like Alta is more concerned about how fat your wallet is rather than the health of your pet.
They were so caring and helpful with the end of my cats life
Dr. Carlson is very understanding and explains treatments and the cost of each and also understands the quality of life.
