I called Boyd to look at a furnace for one of the properties I am selling. He was very professional on the phone and was willing to go see the property the following day. To me that is huge since properties are being bought and sold so quickly right now in this market. Unfortunately, Boyd tested positive for COVID and texted me to let me know that he wasn't going to come by and look at the furnace. I cannot vouch for his work, but I can vouch for his integrity and customer service on the phone. I wish him the best in business and a speedy recovery.

I bought a house with a 30-year-old gas furnace. I was doing some remodeling and wanted the old furnace checked out but did not want the expense of replacing it. Boyd explained the issues of safety, on-going maintenance, and efficiency of a new furnace. I am so glad I took his advice! The new furnace worked quietly and my gas bills were much lower than I had expected. I also had Boyd install central air conditioning, which cost a lot less than other bids. He works quickly and efficiently, and when he is done the place is as clean as it was before he began.
