Ron Berry construction local contractor. I have found the paint supply salesman extremely knowledgeable as he was a professional painter, but that is not why i m giving a review. Yesterday i had the store guy help take some stuff to my truck, and i told him just set the bag of caulking tubes down. Well in my haste i drove over the bag of caulk and went to my jobsite. Then realizing i was missing the bag i called the store. Indeed i had driven over the tubes ruining all of them and a hose clamp. I went back to the store and brought new tubes up to the counter and even when i was ready to pay for them they just credited them to me. This is beyond customer service and i thought it was so considerate of them. These guys really go out of their way to help folks out.

It's convenient, the prices can be spendy. The help is hit and miss. It depends, on who you get. Today, we waited 10 minutes, while the sales gal went around in circles, over a $5 soil amendment sack price. It wasn't in the computer. Well, after getting home, it is on their website. It wasn't her fault, the amendment wasn't priced-but it could have been handled better. I ended up, giving up, and leaving. They're nice folks, the checkout process could be streamlined some. Spring is go-time it's a good idea to be prepared ;)
