“Im not sure why selling my house in today's market wouldn't be anything but smooth..... I had Peggy put it on the market a few months ago, and sure enough I had multiple offers that first day!! I accepted and then it began, jump through this hoop then the next and then after the jumping - blam the buyer had lender issues so back to square one. This happened on more offers than I can guess! It became so ridiculous I had checked out and left it in her hands. She has more patience and whatever that ability is where you don't scream/ fight/burn it down which is needed in her profession! Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with all the inspections, appraisers and loan managers. Thanks again!“
