Order some Nemo parts from a 3rd party, Unfortunately there was piece missing from the packaging. I emailed Nemo and before 10 o'clock on the following business day I had a response email and a phone call. Todd, Thank you for the outstanding customer service. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally you handled my request. I look forward to my next Nemo purchase. And the BCG is amazing, Thanks again.
Todd over in the warranty department is doing an amazing job handling the shortcomings of 2a armaments after they bought them out. My 2a bolt carrier cracked after less than 200 rounds through it. He offered to pay the shipping both ways and replace the broken part for me free of charge. Thanks Todd, you're an absolute legend!
My Nemo Arms Battle-Light is one of the nicest guns I own. I’ve had zero issues at all with it and have always received prompt responses from their customer service team when I have any questions. Their attention to detail and quality has this thing running like a Swiss watch.
