My Aftercare Specialist, Natalie has been amazing! She's been great about communicating updates on her end of what she has or has not been able to take care in managing my father's estate following his death. I definitely am thankful for having this added support on top of the amazing care and support we received from Signature Home Health and Hospice during the last Six Months of my father's life. Definitely recommend this company as it's smaller and newer so they have the capacity for one-on-one care with the families that they choose to serve.
Signature is a amazing agency to work for.The environment is positive and family friendly. Outstanding leadership. Great team work together I could not say not a negative thing about this Angency.
Signature never promised they would make my husbands' pain go away and stay away. However, they did say that they would help us to manage his pain. It was such a relief to see my husband's pain managed and to have the backup from the nurse that came to our home. It was such a burden off our shoulders to have nurses and bath aides come to our home. They also had medical equipment (wheelchair, bed pads, depends, bed alarm, etc.) and medicine delivered to our door. This was so awesome to be served in this way.
