We chose to go with Mountain West Inspections after searching on google and after reading reviews. Their prices are very reasonable and Jeremy is wonderful. This is our first home purchase. He was able to fit me in the schedule quickly upon my request. I accidentally sent him the wrong address and he was quick to contact my agent and verify information. He is very thorough and does a very good job at going over your inspection with you piece by piece with detailed pictures included. After every section, he makes sure to stop and ask if you have any questions about the information he just went over.
