I had a great experience at the Nampa location while visiting from another state. Britney was absolutely AMAZING! The massage Britney gave me was VERY relaxing and rejuvenating. I only wish she was at my local Massage Envy too! I highly recommend her if you're near to Nampa, ID.
I have been a member for over ten years, starting out in Bend Oregon. Just today 09/04, I tried booking with the app for anything for October and couldn’t get an appointment. I have so many credits built up and this is extremely frustrating. I only gave the two stars because I have had great therapists.
My massages are great when I can actually receive one. My husband got me a membership for Christmas. I’ve only had the membership for 4 mos & I have been cancelled on a handful of times already. It is extremely frustrating!!
If it were me as the customer canceling last minute I would be losing my credits but it’s ok for them apparently. After I receive my massage for this month I will definitely be canceling my membership & taking my business elsewhere where it can be reliable.
