“I had never taken a vacuum in for a repair before. We have a several year old vacuum that wasn’t suctioning except through the hose and rather than jumping the gun to a new vacuum I decided to take it in. Upon going in we saw that there was a dog behind a baby gate and my two kids (3 and 6 years old) were immediately smitten by the dog. The owners asked if it was ok to let the dog out and I said yes. It was the cutest sweetest dog and he kept my kids busy during the 20 minutes it took to unclog my vacuum. I appreciate so much that the dog wasn’t roaming when we walked in and that they asked if they could let it out. When I was a kid a family members dog bit and locked onto my arm. My dad had to beat it off of me and I had to go to the ER and get stitches. It traumatized me and for many many years I was scared to death of any dog. I’m glad the owners had their dog gated for this who may not be comfortable with a loose dog. Back to the vacuum, it only took 20 minutes and cost just $25. My vacuum suctions like it’s brand new and is still working amazingly after a few weeks. My kids ask to go back to visit the dog and if we ever need our vacuum looked at again we will be going here.“

“Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally.
