“Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally. My original unit had been installed by the previous owner and they did not do a very good job. Premier, on the other hand, did everything correctly and guaranteed their work. The best part? My electric bill has been less than half of what it was on the old system, and now that things are cooling off, my bills are actually a quarter (yep, 25%) of what they were last year. It’s always tough when you have to spend a lot of money like this, but if you gotta do it, let the pros like Premier handle it. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am.“

“Clean store with a wholesome mom & pop vibe! The owner is super nice and seems genuinely happy to help. I went into his store a few years ago in a panic because I accidentally vacuumed up a sock, and despite having removed the offending sock, I couldn't get my vacuum to turn back on. I waited in horror thinking he was going to tell me the motor was shot and I needed to buy a new vacuum, but instead he simply smiled and showed me the teeny tiny reset button in the back of the vacuum and it started right up. Even though I felt really embarrassed, he was nice about it and didn't seem to judge me. He didn't even charge me for his time, even though he had other customers waiting. We ended up buying a vacuum from him not too long after that and it's been a great vacuum. We pop in every so often to get vacuum bags and cleaning supplies - way better than what you can get at the store. All in all 5 star experience :)“
