I had never taken a vacuum in for a repair before. We have a several year old vacuum that wasn’t suctioning except through the hose and rather than jumping the gun to a new vacuum I decided to take it in. Upon going in we saw that there was a dog behind a baby gate and my two kids (3 and 6 years old) were immediately smitten by the dog. The owners asked if it was ok to let the dog out and I said yes. It was the cutest sweetest dog and he kept my kids busy during the 20 minutes it took to unclog my vacuum.
